I've been to a lot of luxury dealerships and I must say BMW of Reading really stands out. My salesmen Vlad and the financial staff were top class. Vlad reached out with a personal video message within 2 hours of my inquiry. He made every accommodation for me prior to my visit. Vlad was receptive of my honesty about my goal for the transaction, and once again he made every effort to accommodate me and my trade-in and my CPO purchase went as smooth as can be. Even after the sale he has been in contact to check in and to order a charging adapter that was missing. Again, top class all around. Asking show room also.
