Service advisor Steve did a super job helping me recently. I had a stone in the break rotor of my 2011 M3. I showed up at the service desk with no appointment. Not only was Steve - and Derek - able to get my car into the shop immediately, they found a new 4 series loaner for me to drive for a few hours and returned my car washed and cleaned. Purchased a CPO 3 Series at this dealership. Chad was a grounded and affable individual who made the process easy and pleasant. Test rides were not rushed and were taken on routes that allowed the abilities of the vehicle to be made evident. Calvin was an excellent salesman who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable as we shopped for a car. Often when you enter high end stores, the staff aren't always friendly and make you feel you don't belong. We felt the total opposite at BMW of Reading. Calvin stayed in contact with us thought the process and ultimately helped us make our decision to purchase the vehicle. Finally Calvin's manager Joel was just as nice as he finalized the deal. Although the dealership was extremely busy, Chad Wallace patiently answered all my questions and concerns in buying my new bmw. He stayed quite late on a Saturday so that the sale could be finalized that day. He patiently reviewed the vehicle with me. He was extremely friendly and took care of every detail. Friendly staff, good selection of cars, competitive and realistic pricing as opposed to other dealers that may tend to take advantage of a potentially uninformed customer. Smooth processes, easy communication. Second vehicle purchase from BMW of Reading. The pricing on their vehicles is ultra-competitive so I've travelled from the Baltimore area to purchase pre-owned vehicles. Wasn't real excited about my trade-in value but I do understand that they need to make money. Still, all factors considered, well worth the 90 miles for me to drive to Reading.
