Our vision is to help people and organizations with goals create a stronger community. We have a new 2025 initiative and commitment to support Berks County and Reading, PA. We plan to invest $50K into local initiatives and organizations over the next year.

This new community initiative is inspired by our founders and the legacy of Tom Masano & Bruce Masano Sr., plus thanks to an enormous amount of support from our customers during our ‘R’ode to Joy’ car sales event in 2024.

This initiative is meant to strengthen and support our community which has supported us since the very beginning and continues to support us for future generations to come.

We will graciously invest in people & programs that create opportunities, build connections and make an impact that is everlasting.
